I saw a few snow themed paintings and decided to try one! These two trees were part of a larger photo that I cropped down to just focus on the trees. I did get the idea from an artist I follow on Instagram. The canvas was painted in gold acrylic paint first, then I used lots of thick paint to represent the heavy snow on the branches!
